Some useful info about the event

Arrival at the event

The event opens at 3 pm, and entry is allowed until the music stops at 10.30 pm.

When you arrive at the Burys field, make your way to the entrance (near the skatepark in front of the Wilfred Noyce Centre) where one of our friendly stewards will check your tickets.

Please make sure you have your tickets ready to check, either on your phone or printed out. That way we can get you into the event as quickly and easily as possible!

The last band will stop at 10.30 pm, and you’ll have until 11 pm to leave the event. We’ll have stewards on site to help with any issues you face, or to point you in the right direction.

Food & drink

We’ll have a fully stocked bar and a range of excellent concessions on-site at the event, so please try and support these local businesses. Our food traders will include everything from BBQ, to Thai, to Pizza, tasty wraps and veggie & vegan options too. There’ll be something for everyone, so make sure you try something tasty!

Our bar, run by Godalming’s own Surrey Beer Festivals, will feature some great options, including a lager, a range of real ales and ciders, gin, wine and prosecco.

The event site

Feel free to bring chairs and blankets to the event, but if we sell as many tickets as we’re hoping, we can’t guarantee there’ll be space for everyone to have one.

Please, leave any gazebos or structures at home, they won’t be allowed up on site.
